Reservation and Cancellation Policy
| All cabin reservations must be accompanied with full payment. All RV & tent site reservations must be accompanied with 1st nights site charge. Cancellation of cabin and/or river front site reservations requires two week notice. Cancellation of tent and RV sites requires 24 hour notice. There is a $10.00 cancellation fee per site per reserved night. Certain restrictions apply for reservations July 1 thru July 10* (*You book it, you bought it, during this period. No refunds) |
You may reserve by phone June through August for same-day arrivals, or anytime with our reservation form. We require credit card number via phone or fax, or payment by surface mail with check of Credit Card number. Visa or MasterCard ONLY.
We will confirm reservation upon receipt of deposit.

Our rates are based on 2 Adults and 2 Children. If more than 1 family are staying at your site, (add $5.00 per additional person over the age of 12) to the total in step 2.

The Extras
Credit Card Numbers and the Internet Payment by credit card requires a credit card number, expiration date, privacy code. Your Credit Card will not be CHARGED. It is used to guarantee your site. You will be charged when you arrive.
